Returns Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Contact us at support@foundryandfuture.com to begin a return.

Non‑returnable Items Digital products, downloadable items, and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged. Contact support@foundryandfuture.com for assistance.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees are non‑refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
